From the colonial beauty of Oaxaca and the mystical ruins of Palenque to the beaches of Huatulco and the vibrant traditions of Chiapas, experience a region rich in culture, history, and natural wonder. Highlights of the Evening: Mexican Flavors Savor authentic regional specialties from Southern Mexico, including Oaxacan mole, tamales, and locally inspired cocktails that reflect the bold and diverse flavors of the region. Travel Presentation Discover iconic landmarks and off-the-beaten-path treasures across Oaxaca, Chiapas, and Tabasco.
